ROOM RATES

All rates are nightly, single or double occupancy, plus sales & occupancy tax (11.5%). $25.00 each additional persons. Winter rates apply for summer holidays. Minimum stays are required for all holiday and special events. Minimum 4 nights. Rates are subject to change without notice. We gladly accept Traveler's Checks, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Optima, Diners and Discover.

All reservations must be secured with a deposit of 1/3 of your stay at the time of making reservations. Any cancellation received within 14 days of arrival (30 days during winter, holiday weekends and special events) is non-refundable. $25 cancellation fee applies outside the 14 (or 30) day periods. Balance of charges is due and payable upon arrival. Personal checks accepted only for advance deposit (received 3 weeks prior to arrival).

Check out time is 11am, and check in time is 4 - 10pm (special arrangements can be made). If you plan to arrive earlier, pack a swimsuit in a side pouch of your luggage. We will place your luggage in your room as it is ready and hand you your keys at the pool.
